The pizza you've been hearing about is finally here. We're bringing our beloved sourdough recipe
from Northern Westchester to Ardsley — same craft, same crust, same attitude.

74% Hydration Our sourdough crust is light, airy, crisp and full of flavor.
We ferment for a minimum of 48 hours and cook at 650 degrees.
